01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and npxvip ("npxvip," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the npxvip online casino platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at npxvip.org and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

2.3 Registration Requirements. 2.4 One Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the npxvip Platform. 03 Account Management

3.4 Voluntary Account Closure. You may request the closure of your npxvip account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. npxvip accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. npxvip may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

5.4 Promotional Changes. npxvip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of opt-in.

5.5 One Bonus Per Household. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, or shared payment method. Attempts to circumvent this restriction will be treated as bonus abuse.

06 Gameplay & Fair Play

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the npxvip Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions;

08 Responsible Gaming

10.3 Maximum Liability. npxvip's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your npxvip account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Force Majeure. npxvip shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, telecommunications failures, power outages, or other events of force majeure.

11 Privacy & Data

11.1 Data Collection. npxvip collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Amendments to These Terms

13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and npxvip, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction in the Philippines.

13.3 Regulatory Complaints. If you believe npxvip has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations, you may file a complaint with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the regulatory body overseeing online gaming operations in the Philippines.
